Fitout and Refurbishment of student accommodation. Precise contracts worked on the conversion of the general assembly hall to a fully equipped common room.

The grand hall works included complete decoration to listed elements, new loose and fitted joinery package, refurbishment of parquet flooring and adaption works to the existing stage.
