About Us
Established in 2014 and based on the outskirts of Newry, Co Down, Precise Contracts is an ambitious young company expanding rapidly on the construction scene.
Operating within both the Public and Private sector, Precise Contracts specialise in Main Contracting & Construction Management, spanning a variety of arenas; Educational, Healthcare, Commercial, Conservational and Residential.
The Company maintains an Integrated Management System across Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Health & Safety (45001) standards, operating industry best practices.
With an experienced workforce and reputable supply chain, Precise Contracts maintains exemplary standards across all facets of the company, ensuring successful completion of all works from inception to finish.
Meet Our Team
Eamonn Toner
Eamonn has worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in some of Ireland’s largest construction organisations, North and South of the border. With a specialism in commercial management, Eamon has worked for established clients in retail, commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. Some of these clients include University College Dublin, Trinity College, Queen’s University Belfast, Brown Thomas, Belfast Health & Social Care Trust to name a few. With over 15 years construction experience on top of his BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and IOSH qualification, Eamon ensures that clients needs are met from pre-contract to handover.
Connor Toner
Connor has worked within the construction industry for over 14 Years. Within this time Connor has risen in ranks from joiner to Supervisorial roles in sites across some of the biggest landmark buildings in NI & ROI. Specialising in 1st and 2nd fix joinery, Connor takes pride in attention to detail and ensuring projects are pushed over the line to the highest standards.
